  Hi Luca Wacker, thank you for taking part in this interview and welcome to YAGEO Nexensos. You just started as Market Segment & Channel Manager in our Product Management Team. 𝗛𝗼𝘄 𝘄𝗲𝗿𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗳𝗶𝗿𝘀𝘁 𝗳𝗲𝘄 𝘄𝗲𝗲𝗸𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗻𝗲𝘄 𝗷𝗼𝗯 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝘆𝗼𝘂? As expected, the first weeks were both exciting and challenging. First of all, a big thanks to the team, who gave me a very warm welcome. The expertise among my new colleagues is impressive, and I have already gained a lot of knowledge that will help me both in my new role and personally. Now, it is essential for me to deliver value as quickly as possible and contribute to the success of YAGEO Nexensos. 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗱𝗼 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗹𝗶𝗸𝗲 𝗮𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗶𝗻 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗱𝘂𝗰𝘁 𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁? What I appreciate about working in product management is the dynamic nature of the role. It allows me to collaborate across various teams, tackle diverse challenges, and contribute to the strategic development of markets and products. For me, understanding market needs and translating them into solutions is the only path to sustainable success. My role entails nothing less than the responsibility for that – and that feels good. 𝗜𝗳 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴, 𝘄𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲 𝗰𝗮𝗻 𝘄𝗲 𝗳𝗶𝗻𝗱 𝘆𝗼𝘂? If I am not at work, I read, learn and improve myself. No, seriously, let’s leave the LinkedIn idealism aside. I truly enjoy doing and watching sports. As a passionate handball player, you will find me in the gym at least three times a week. Moreover, having a good time with family and friends is what I try to do as often as possible.
