The hotel is within walking distance of the Disneyland theme parks and the Anaheim Convention Center, and guests also enjoyed the fact that there were ample restaurants and shops nearby as well as convenient access to the freeway.

Since the hotel includes a lot of necessary items such as a TV, internet access, a microwave, a small refrigerator, air-conditioning, and free parking, guests found it to be acceptable for a short stay.

Some guests noted that the staff was friendly and welcoming and tried to accommodate special requests.

While you might not expect too much of this budget-friendly motel, guests noted that even the most basic amenities such as multiple clean towels, plenty of soap and a full roll of toilet paper were not provided. There are no phones, coffee makers, clocks or radios available either and some guests didn't have a functioning TV or access to Wi-Fi.

Some guests reported that the rooms are not maintained well, as the cleaning leaves a lot to be desired and some items should be replaced. There is reportedly dust and grime on the furniture, the carpet is stained, the sheets are unclean, the bathrooms are dirty with hairs and stains, and there is a nasty odor present in the rooms.

Several guests reported feeling uneasy at night due to non-guests lingering in the parking lot and loud shouting.
